Some teachers enjoy the power they have over their learners .They realies massive anger or aggression on their learners ,who cannot really do anything in defence .The story Lucy shares in this book tells parents to be involved in their children’s education ,and engage with teachers to see if they are treating learners fairly.
After all , parents may ask a teacher not to be rude to children but there is nothing better than building a healthy relationship between everybody : the parents, teachers, and the learners.
About the Author
From the beginning of my career as a young daycare teacher, I was passionate about educating and nurturing young minds. My love for children and strong desire to make a positive impact in their lives guided me throughout my journey from a daycare teacher to a businesswoman and a student pursuing her teaching degree.
My journey began with a bachelor’s degree in intermediate education. I started my career as a daycare teacher, where I sharpened my skills in childcare and developed a deep understanding of the needs and interests of young children. During my time as a daycare teacher, my dedication and enthusiasm for my work earned me the respect and admiration of my colleagues and the parents of the children I taught.
After several years of experience in the daycare setting, I realized that I wanted to expand my horizons and make a greater impact in the field of education. Motivated by my desire to bring about positive changes in the education sector, I decided to start my own business.
Despite being a businesswoman, my passion for early childhood education never waned. I felt a longing to return to the classroom and share my knowledge and experience with young children. With this in mind, I made the decision to pursue a teaching degree to further my qualifications as an educator. I have been working diligently towards my degree, balancing my studies with the demands of my business.
I remain committed towards my goal of becoming a qualified teacher and making a lasting impact on the lives of children. I understand that a teaching degree will not only enhance my skills as an educator, but also open up new opportunities for me to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
My journey from a daycare teacher to a businesswoman and a student pursuing her teaching degree is a testament to unwavering dedication and passion for education. Determination to continuously learn and grow in my field is admirable, and my commitment to nurturing young minds is truly inspiring.
